Letting Your Shadow In Deck

People I've Loved collaborated with Susanne L'Heureux of Diving Deep Coaching to create a deck designed to support individuals in feeling more authentic and whole.

Letting the shadow in is entirely about listening. Instead of trying to overcome the parts of ourselves deemed unlovable, this deck encourages users to welcome them so they can begin to transform.

Letting Your Shadow In contains 18 shadow prompts, 18 mindfulness exercises, 9 insights, and 9 affirmations to help people explore their own shadow and begin to see how it influences their lives and relationships. This deck aims to provide valuable insights to help expand one's cognizance of the shadow. To tackle the grand emotions that might come with investigating these hidden components of oneself, it is designed to truly make space for it all.
