People I’ve Loved has partnered with Madeline Park and Marcella Biven of ______ LESS journal to create Sitting with Sadness, a deck designed to help individuals process grief and mourning at their own pace. While the holiday season often highlights the pain of missing loved ones, these tools are intended for use at any time of year when loss feels particularly heavy.

The deck contains 45 prompts and 7 wishes crafted to help navigate difficult days and sleepless nights, offering support for those moments when remembering feels painful but forgetting feels impossible. While not a replacement for professional therapy, this collection provides tangible tools for honoring, loving, and holding close the memory of those who are gone. By making space for the messy feelings that loss stirs up, Sitting with Sadness encourages users to embrace the full spectrum of their grief.
